In my practice, I apply a psychodynamic framework to treatment. In many ways, your childhood creates the blueprint for your adult life. Childhood trauma is fairly common. Going through a traumatic experience at a young age can affect you well into adulthood. Through psychodynamic therapy, you can work through past trauma and liberate yourself from lingering emotional pain.

Furthermore, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy can help you address negative beliefs that you hold about yourself. Such beliefs may be holding you back from reaching your full potential and living the life you truly want.
